As a professional with over two decades of experience in mental health, my primary focus has been on fostering a “human-to-human connection” to provide tailored support to individuals navigating complex emotional and psychological challenges. Having worked in diverse environments,I have developed a profound understanding of the needs and aspirations of clients facing mental health difficulties. My expertise lies in empowering individuals to achieve their mental health goals through evidence-based interventions and compassionate care.

In my role, I prioritize understanding each client’s unique journey, strengths, and challenges. Many individuals seek mental health support to alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, or trauma, rebuild their confidence, and regain control over their lives. By actively listening to their stories, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where they feel heard and valued. For instance, while working in the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT)NHS program, I provided high-intensity cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to individuals experiencing mild to moderate mental health conditions. Recognizing that each client’s goals are distinct, I collaborated with them to create personalized treatment plans aligned with their needs, whether it involved reducing intrusive thoughts, enhancing emotional resilience, or managing work-life stress. One of my core strengths is my ability to adapt therapeutic interventions to cater to diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. I successfully completed the One-Year MBCT for Life Teacher Training program with the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation, supported by Oxford University. This rigorous training enhanced my skills in guiding clients through mindfulness practices to achieve lasting well-being and resilience.
