I am an integrative Psychosynthesis therapist, I see therapy as a sacred journey—an unfolding of the self, where past and present weave together in the dance of healing. We’ll work relationally, acknowledging the echoes of your history that shape your current experience, and helping you find a deeper sense of connection—within and without. If you’re uncertain about whether this path is right for you, please reach out. I welcome your questions, your doubts, your hopes. I am here to listen and to support you in discovering what you need, including any accommodations that might make your journey more accessible.
There’s something inherently human about needing to speak our truths, to share what’s heavy in our hearts. I believe that within every struggle, there lies an invitation—to come closer to ourselves, to listen, and to be heard. My role is to hold a gentle space where your voice can be free, your feelings acknowledged, and your story gently explored together. My work often touches those feeling lost in the fog of depression, anxiety, grief, or confusion. I support those navigating life’s transitions—whether through divorce, spiritual awakening, or moments of profound change. I offer a guiding presence for those longing to find belonging, peace, and a home within themselves amidst the chaos of existence. I connect with deep thinkers, introverts, seekers, and anyone yearning for more presence, compassion, and embodied acceptance. I am privileged to walk alongside those mourning hidden losses—be it the end of a relationship, bereavement, the ache of infertility, or the quiet disappointment of unmet expectations. If you feel called to explore these depths, I invite you to visit my website. And to begin, I offer a free phone conversation—an opportunity to connect and see if we might work well together. My training has been broad and full of depth. My foundational training was in transpersonal psychotherapy. My subsequent trainings have been as far reaching as shamanic and Buddhist as well as family and systemic.
